The NEM.io Foundation is participating as an exhibitor at the upcoming Cloud Days 2018 in Tokyo February 20 and 21, 2018 to introduce “2.0 Catapult”, Tech Bureau’s powerful new Blockchain integrating the NEM protocol and providing unparalleled performance for the enterprise. This is not the launch of Catapult but rather an introduction to the protocol. Due to increased media attention for this event, a schedule has been made for how and when stakeholders can communicate with the Foundation.

In addition to the media’s interest in recent events, NEMbers and others around the world have shown growing enthusiasm for NEM blockchain technology, so the Foundation considers Cloud Days 2018 a timely opportunity to communicate with the media and its clients and fans.
Thus, we ask for your cooperation in helping to keep to the below schedule in accordance with the cooperation the organizer, Nikkei BP, is extending.

10:30–12:00: Media interviews
If journalists would like to take photos, shoot video, or talk to the Vice President of NEM.io Foundation, Jeff McDonald, at the Foundation’s booth, please apply via email. If there are too many requests, outlets will be selected by lottery. Please accept our apologies in advance if all requests cannot be accommodated.
Morning media session application (Please email nem.meetup@gmail.com with subject “Media session”. Please include preferred date, names of news outlet, interviewers, photographers etc.)
12:00–13:30: VIP business lunch
Representatives of companies and start-ups considering adopting NEM blockchain technology are invited to an exclusive business lunch with Jeff McDonald.
¥50,000 includes lunch and tax for two.

Afternoon: NEMber Meet and Greet
This session, open to the public, is an opportunity for NEM community members to meet with Jeff McDonald. Please visit the NEM.io Foundation booth if you have any questions regarding the NEM blockchain, Foundation, and community.
The time will be announced through NEM official channels (Twitter and Facebook) on SNS.
As NEM.io Foundation aims to have quality time with NEM fans, please note that it will not entertain questions from the media during the NEMber session. Taking pictures of any kind is also prohibited in this session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
